Hi. I’m Michael Salamone. Thanks for visiting my home on the interwebs.

I dabble in creativity. This website will highlight my music mostly, or any other current project.

I also offer a ton of different creative freelance services. If your company, organization or brand is seeking inexpensive marketing, training, advertising, design (or a whole lot more) help, I’m your guy!

But, who IS this guy?

Like you, I’m a complex person. The internet can’t sum us up.

Professionally I’ve dabbled in several areas. I’ve been a Creative Consultant, Publisher, Marketing Executive, Musician, Event Coordinator, Journalist, Restaurant Manager, Producer, Development Assistant, Bartender, Editor, Actor, Radio Correspondent, Advertising Salesman, Writer, Arts Administrator and more. I love to work and am always looking for a challenge.

2011 marks the 10th anniversary of my album, Stout & Martinis. It’s now available for free download in the MP3 section of this site. Though, I’ve been recording self-produced music for over 20 years, that was my first album. I’ve done some other stuff too. In 2009, I ended a seven year run as the founding editor and primary writer at the Chautauqua Region WORD newspaper. While at the helm of the WORD, I founded the Chautauqua Region Local Music Showcase and Chautauqua County Music Hall of Fame. In 2007 I won the Chautauqua County Music Award for Electronic Musician of the Year. My 2010 “greatest misses” compilation, titled “Time Travel for Dummies” is also available for free download on the MP3 page.

2011 has brought lots of new music out of my home studio. There’s my second attempt at the FAWM and RPM challenges, to write and record an album in the 28 days of February, Februum 2, and soon, my follow up to Stout & Martinis, which I plan on calling Ham & Cheese, will be available. As always, I’ll post it on the MP3 section of this site. Downloads are free, though donations are always accepted with many thanks. (I’m talking to you Chinese and Russian downloaders who use so much bandwidth here taking MP3s daily! Show some love to an American! Bwahahaha.)
